Joe DiMaggio said, “A person always doing his or her best becomes a natural leader, just by example.” If not careful I think sometimes we can over complicate leadership. Yes, leadership in many ways is hard and it requires a lot of patience and persistence. But developing as a leader is about doing our best and leading by example.
