When you look back over the span of your life and see where you are today what do you see? No doubt you wear a few battle scars you received on your journey. But the most important things you will remember are not necessarily the things that came easy for you. As leaders few things come easy. But you can take pride in knowing that you are where you are today because you chose the hard paths and fought the good fight in faith knowing the rewards would be worth the sacrifices. Remember where you came from. Celebrate where you are. Look to the future with confidence.
