Napoleon Hill said, “If you cannot do great things, do small things in a great way.” I think this is the practical essence of leadership. Not every leader is going to do great things on a large scale but every leader can do small things on a great scale. When you make up your mind to be faithful in the small things and commit to doing them in a great way you can make a big difference.
